The Overhaul Process
Disassembly & Measurement
The compressor is disassembled and critical dimensions and mechanical tolerances are checked.
Component Inspection
Bearings, valves, seals and worn parts are assessed against technical criteria.
Reassembly
Required components are renewed and the compressor is reassembled to engineering tolerances.
Performance Test
Operating values are tested and verified before the compressor is returned to service.
