Özsayın Cooling Systems began its journey in Adana in 1982 and today continues as an integrated engineering organization covering industrial cooling, chiller systems, compressor technologies, equipment rental, remanufacturing and spare parts supply.
Over more than 40 years of field experience, our approach has not changed: selecting the right system, implementing it with sound engineering, and standing behind the equipment throughout its entire life cycle. Today, with our production and technical operations center in Adana, our sales and project organization in Istanbul and our European operations in Tallinn, we are building a cooling technology network that stretches from Türkiye to Europe.
From Field Service Experience to an Engineering Platform
The foundations were laid in Adana under the name Özsayın Klima Teknik Cihazlar, as a field operation focused on air conditioning, cooling systems and technical service.
The corporate structure was strengthened under the name Özsayın Klima San. Tic. Ltd. Şti.; chiller systems, compressor technologies, maintenance and overhaul became core areas of expertise.
With the opening of the Istanbul sales and project office, Özsayın's commercial and engineering reach across Türkiye expanded.
Combining production, service and sales infrastructure in Türkiye with its European operations, the company is evolving into a structure that provides equipment, engineering and technical solutions for international projects.

The Heart of a Cooling System
At Özsayın, we carry out technical service, failure analysis, overhaul and remanufacturing work for a range of compressor technologies.
Our overhaul operations are carried out, wherever possible, on the basis of measurement, tolerance checks, component evaluation and testing. Our goal is not merely to get the compressor running again, but to understand the root cause of the failure.
Not Every Need Requires a New Investment
We offer rental chiller solutions for cooling needs arising from planned maintenance, equipment failure, production capacity increases, seasonal demand, temporary facilities, or the period before a new investment is commissioned.
This way, customers can access the cooling capacity they need without taking on a high initial investment cost.
Sustainability Is Not Only About Selling New Units
Reusing existing equipment, where it is economically and technically feasible, is also an important part of sustainability. That is why we support a remanufacturing approach for chillers and compressors.
Depending on the equipment, the process may include: disassembly → cleaning → inspection → measurement → replacement of critical components → mechanical/electrical overhaul → assembly → testing.
This approach can extend the equipment's service life while reducing the customer's total investment cost and resource consumption.
Fast Access to the Right Part
The continuity of industrial cooling systems depends on fast access to the right spare part. Through our international supply network, we provide solutions for many OEM and alternative components used in chiller and compressor systems.
